Disclaimer of Warranties

While we have worked diligently to ensure factual accuracy of all our AI models, these are still in beta phase and may occasionally provide incorrect information. Therefore, the Service is to be used as a guidance tool only. Any final medical decisions regarding your pet's health MUST be made by your local vet. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Data Collection and Privacy

We are continuously working to improve the capabilities of our models. While we do not use your conversations for training by default, we would greatly appreciate your voluntary participation in allowing us to use your conversation data for this purpose. If you choose to opt-in, please be assured that your data will be anonymized, and your privacy will be protected. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct

While conversing with any of our models, you agree not to send messages that are spam, abusive, explicit, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. Violation of this rule may result in the termination of your access to our platform. We reserve the right to report any such behavior to appropriate authorities, as necessary.

Termination

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Changes

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we, our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, our affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any User Content you submit, third-party sites, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, strikes, lockouts, fire, flood, or failure of third-party telecommunications systems.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Service.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure on our part to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms continue in full force and effect.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Chatbot, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by or licensed to us, except as expressly provided in these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right, title, or interest in or to the Chatbot or any of its components, except as expressly granted under these Terms.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, you retain all intellectual property rights in and to the content of your conversations with the Chatbot, including the messages generated by the Chatbot in response to your input and the messages sent by you to the Chatbot. We will not claim any ownership over your conversation content, and you are free to use, reproduce, and distribute such content as you see fit, subject to applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole responsibility for the content generated by the Chatbot in response to your messages and any consequences arising from the use of such content.

Please note that, in accordance with Section - (Data Collection and Use) and Section - (Data Anonymization and Protection), if you choose to voluntarily provide us with your conversation data for training purposes, we will ensure that your data is anonymized and your privacy is protected.
